Elevate

Recognizing and supporting talent

Since inception, alongside our representation of clients Vanguarde has mentored members of our creative and professional community through different channels.

We do so informally on spot requests for help and referrals as well as formally through our financial and in-person support to organizations such as the WGC, DGC, CCE, CSC, CSAs, and the CFC among others. Supporting our community in these ways is a duty and a pleasure.

Vanguarde Elevate Fellowship

The Vanguarde Elevate Fellowship is a financial award to extraordinarily promising, talented, and creative individuals as an investment in their potential.

Fellows

Fellows may be screenwriters, novelists, playwrights, journalists, directors, podcasters, and other storytellers who have a demonstrated interest in a career in filmed entertainment. They may use their fellowship to advance their expertise, engage in new work.

Nominees

Nominees are reviewed for their achievements but also their promise so that the Fellowship will serve as an investment in a person’s originality and potential. Indeed, the purpose of the Elevate Fellows Program is to enable recipients to exercise their own creative instincts.

Mentorship Programs

Vangaurde is developing two mentorship programs.
The purpose is to improve access to the Vanguarde community of artists, managers, and producers.

Practical-training Mentor Program

The first is a Practical-training Mentor Program intended to match working professional artists with aspiring but committed artists seeking mentorship in their particular craft as a way into the business.
